We have 4 bedroom and dormitory which can accommodate an extra 15 people. We also have kitchen facility with all utensils. Also, an outdoor campfire can be set up in the common area and at the camping site.
We also have direct access to the river from our property with nearby space for camping. Our property is located near to Eetachola stream. The water is very cold and crystal clear. Any one can bath in this without affecting even common cold we have private access to the stream. Camp fire is also arranged near the stream.
Our bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious. We can accommodate up to 20 person. Besides we got a dormitory in closed roof with cots,beds and bathrooms.

There is ample space in our 2nd floor for playing cards, enjoy music, microphone etc. We have also a resting place in open near the stream from where we could get down to the stream and have private bath. Elephant view point is just 200 metres from PepperLand so we can walk to the place on hearing the arrival of elephants.
The place is very silent and near reserved forest. Our guests can enjoy the beauty of green hills covered by fog, the chirping of all kinds of birds, the music of water through the polished rocks and intermittent trumpet of elephants.

Our caretaker is always there and I personally contact our guests to know whether they have any problems. Their safety and privacy is very important to us..

In December and January, you may have to wear sweater in night.
Beware of the leeches in grass, even though it is not harmful. It is seen only in wet grass not at all in water. There is no dangerous spots in the river except in heavy monsoon. Roaming in forest without guide should be avoided. There is no risk in seeing wild elephants near elephant pond at Anakulam.
