Rosie’s Retreat Lakeside is a unique accommodation in the Old city of Udaipur. This is a beautiful, self-catering private apartment with a terrace overlooking the Lake Pichola, in the heart of the city. We are located in a lane just below the city palace which is completely safe if returning at night. The lane is unfit for cars and tuk-tuks, therefore only occasional motorbikes can disturb the peace and quiet. There is a paid parking-space near the apartment, at the City Palace and Chandapol. The boat stand from where you can catch one of the regular sunset cruises, is at the doorstep.

The bedroom has all the amenities like refrigerator , kettle , microwave oven, cafetière and toaster. Our bathroom is large and luxurious. There is an air conditioner in the room apart from the ceiling fan. The bamboo ceiling acts as a natural air conditioner. Daily, chargeable laundry services are available till 11:30 in the morning and clothes will be returned before 11am the next day. Instructions are given in the room regarding basic activities in Udaipur that one could do. In case you need more information, all you need to ask us. We are happy to help.

We do not accept any commissions from the traders in Udaipur. We can help you plan your trips in Udaipur or elsewhere in India if required. There will be up-to-date tourist information in the room. We do not entertain parties and loud noises.
