- Rules and Regulations i. Guest may check in any time after 11.30 am ii. Guest may check out any time before 10.30 am iii. Meal requirements to be confirmed 24 Hrs prior iv. We have a fixed meal plan with Traditional Malayalee Syrian Christian Cuisine. v. Breakfast timing is between 8.00 am and 9.00 am only vi. Lunch Timing is between 12.45 pm and 1.45 pm only vii. Dinner Timing is between 7.45 pm and 9.00 pm only viii. Coffee, Tea, Beverages, Snack or any additional food requirements other than what is part of the fixed meal will be charged at extra. ix. No food allowed in the bedrooms. x. All meals will be served only in the main dinning room xi. Dietary restrictions if any to be communicated at the time of confirming your meals xii. Transport facility is available please inform 24 hrs prior for any arrangements xiii. Your rooms shall be cleaned once in two days only however if you would like it cleaned everyday please do let us know the previous day xiv. Laundry facility available at extra charges. Do drop off your laundry with the manager between 8.00 am and 9.00 am xv. Smoking is prohibited inside the bedrooms please use the open spaces for the same. xvi. All common areas are shared so please be mindful of other guests present on the property xvii. Any guests visiting will be required to leave by 9.00 pm as part of the security protocol xviii. Alcohol consumption is permitted only for guest/visitors above 21 years of age xix. All guests to register at the time of check in with their valid Id proofs xx.
