It was our dream to run a homestay. In 2010, we opened Emerald Trail for guests  visiting Bhimtal in Uttharakhand. Since we are ardent pet-lovers, it was decided that the home-stay would be pet-friendly. Our pet dogs give company for our guests. If you are a pet owner and find it difficult to find a place to take your pet along for a holiday, you know that we are here to host you.

Uttharakhand is one of the most beautiful and ecologically diverse parts of India. As responsible hosts, we have ensured that our business makes minimal impact on our surroundings. We try to employ local, skilled persons in our team. Our construction has been done with very limited resources and we love to let our garden take care of the aesthetics of the compound. Solar panels are the source of energy for most of the domestic, energy requirements. Our home is ideal for those who want to stay at a quiet place, spend some time with Oneself and the nature around.
